Q: Where can I see the courses I had paid for?

A: You must be logged in (enter the site with your email and password) and go to the User menu - MyCourses. Inside you will have access to the pages where you can see your courses, pasts or live events.

Live events will be broadcast directly within the page of each course on their established day and time, unless you find a notice that the transmission will be via Zoom where you will be sent a link to the Zoom session.

Q: The site has blocked me after several attempts to enter. What can I do?

A: We recommend copying and pasting your password, check that your email address is correctly written, if with those recommendations you continue to have problems To enter, you can use the password recovery tool in the User menu - Recover Password (in a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to recover your password, you must check your spam mailbox). Q: I can't see the courses I bought. Where can I find them?

A: If the purchase was made from outside the website, the procedure is manual and it may take one to three business days for enable your courses. You can check whether or not you are logged into the website by clicking on the User menu, if you don’t see the Your Courses button, you are not logged in.

Q: I can't buy a course because a legend appears that says my session has expired (your session has expired) How can I buy?

A: In order to buy courses you must be a registered user and be logged in (have entered the website with your email and password). This message appears because you are trying to buy without being logged in. Go to the User - Login menu, enter your data and once inside the site you will be able to buy. This is necessary because what you buy must be assigned to your user on the website.

Q: During the live transmission I have some cuts or it takes me out of the transmission.

A: Due to the high quality with which it is now transmitted, it is possible that the user's internet can not handle so much information. You can adjust the reception quality to avoid consuming so much bandwidth, click on the gear next to the volume bar and adjust the quality to a lower one during the live broadcast, later in the event already recorded and hosted on the server you can see it with higher quality and without cuts.

Q: Do I need to have a zoom key to see the courses?

A: No, you can see past events directly within the website by entering with your email and password. You can also see live events within the course page, zoom is no longer used for transmissions.

Q: No courses available on your purchased courses page.

A: If you see this in your purchased courses section, just click on the link that says Enrolled, this way your purchased courses are displayed.
