Q: Where can I see the courses I had paid for?
A: You must be logged in (enter the site with your email and password) and go to the User menu - MyCourses. Inside you will have access to the pages where you can see your courses, pasts or live events.
Live events will be broadcast directly within the page of each course on their established day and time, unless you find a notice that the transmission will be via Zoom where you will be sent a link to the Zoom session.
Q: The site has blocked me after several attempts to enter. What can I do?

Q: I can't see the courses I bought. Where can I find them?
A: If the purchase was made from outside the website, the procedure is manual and it may take one to three business days for enable your courses. In 99% of cases, if you don't see your courses, it is because you are not logged into the website. If you are logged in and you did not buy your courses outside, please contact email@example.com
You can check whether or not you are logged into the website by clicking on the User menu, if you don’t see the Your Courses button, you are not logged in.
